It's still making me tired but I don't think it's as bad as the first week. I've had a headache a couple days I don't know if that's related. I want to say that I'm noticing less anxiety and less worry but I also don't know if that's just my mind playing tricks on me because I feel like I should be less anxious and less worried. So hopefully over the next few weeks I will know for sure if this is working. I don't have any other side effects there's little tiny bleeding moments of nausea but they come and go so quickly it's not even disruptive. I have no stomach upsets or anything else that is impacting my day-to-day life.
Duloxetine Journey
I have worried for as long as I can remember. About everything. Things that are beyond my control and things that do not even affect me. The anxiety is high over here. It affects my sleep and it affects my life and it affects my relationships with everyone around me. I have decided to try and grab a hold of it once and for all. On February 7th 2025 I started Duloxetine and this is how it's going

Week 1
I started Duloxetine Feb 7, 2025. What I'm hoping to get from it is lessened anxiety, lessened nerve pain and overall better mental health. I worry about everything.
The first week was 20mg 1x/day. The second week I started 2x 20mg 2x/day. Next week I'll switch to a 30mg in the am and a 20mg in the pm. Then two 30mg 2x/day.
So far I'm tolerating it well. I get bouts of nausea during the day but they don't last long. I'm so tired even when I sleep well. I feel like my anxiety might be slightly less, but that might also be a placebo effect.
